Shipping and Exchanges

 EXCHANGES:

 We want you to look great and feel great. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY (excludes any clearance or sale items). Item must be in its' perfect unused and unaltered condition. Tags must still be on the item and you must provide your receipt. We will not accept any washed, worn, or altered. Shipping costs are non-refunded. If an item is shipped to us and does not meet the return and exchange policy it will be returned to you. Once we receive your items we will inspect them; if they meet our return policy we will contact you within 7 days to issue you a store credit.

SHIPPING:

Shipping is exact and calculated based off your location. Most cases shipping ranges from $2-5. If you are local and would like to porch pick up use the code “LOCAL”. 

 Once you have placed your order your items will ship within 1 to 4 business days from original purchase date. Our business days are Tuesday-Friday. Ivy & Finch is NOT responsible for any lost mail by USPS. If your package does not arrive you must create a claim with USPS. We will do our best to help you through the process.

Please verify your address before pacing your order. We ship to the address you provide in PayPal, Sezzle or Shopify. If your address was entered incorrectly contact us at chelseaivyandfinch@gmail.com as soon possible. If your order is shipped to the incorrect address because of your error we will have to wait until the items are returned to us to move forward.
